What wax do we use in our melts?
All of our wax melts are made with 100% natural soy wax that is derived from the soya plant. It is a natural alternative to the traditional paraffin wax.

Who do we use for deliveries?
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Please allow 1-3 working days for orders to be dispatched. Items will be posted sooner if we already have them in stock.

Do we customise orders?
If you have a specific order in mind that is not listed on our website, please send us a message and we can see if it is possible.

What is the best way to remove the wax from the burner?
Most wax will just pop out of the burner or will do after freezing for a while. Please check with the manufacturer of the burner that freezing is possible before trying this. Alternatively, one of the best ways to remove the wax is to soak it up with some cotton wool and then dispose of the wool. 

What are CLP Regulations?
CLP is the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of chemical substances and mixtures. Wax melts fall into this category.

What is our Returns Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days and we will be happy to accept returns of the un-used item for a full refund.

How do i safely use incense sticks?

  1. Place your incense stick in an appropriate incense holder in a safe location away from children and pets so that the holder will collect the ash as it falls, ensuring a proper fit.

  2. Light the end of the incense stick, let it to burn for a few seconds to ensure it is properly lit. gently extinguish the flame by blowing out the flame leaving the stick glowing red.
